Kevin Ratigan, FAIA, LEED AP is Senior Vice President and a Principal of Architects Design Group. With more than 30 years of experience in master and strategic planning of projects, he carries a portfolio diverse in project scope and type with a specialization in environmental sustainability. As a Design Studio Director, Kevin is responsible for the management of projects and often serves as the Project Architect on a wide variety of public works facilities. The focus of these projects frequently includes the integration of sustainable “green” architecture.
Kevin’s academic credentials include a Master of Arts in Architecture and a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from the University of Detroit. His research on energy conservation building technologies earned him invitations to lecture at the University of Michigan and the University of Detroit. He has published several articles and also co-authored research on sustainable architecture while a teaching Fellow at the University of Detroit, School of Architecture.
Kevin is Past President and a member of the Board of Directors for the Orlando Chapter of the American Institute of Architects and served as Director for the Florida Chapter of the American Institute of Architects. He is a Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED AP).
