Jury Comments: Of all the un-built projects, this one comes closest to looking at the potential for pushing the envelope and doing something more than the regular process of building actually requires. It took the building form and responded to the program of skateboarding. It is playful and really began to express the aspiration of skateboarding. It is an elegant form in the context of a simple program to create, hopefully when built, a wonderful space.
