The Citrus County Judicial Center design consisted of 46,000 SF of additions to the existing facility to accommodate all judicial functions, the clerk of the court, and security areas in the Sheriff’s Office. After the completion of the new addition, ADG, as a part of our services, designed the improvements to the existing courthouse in downtown Inverness, which currently houses the primary offices and functions of all county constitutional offices, with exception of the office of the sheriff.
ADG commenced their services by preparing a detailed spatial needs assessment that considered both current and future facility needs. Concurrently, an analysis of existing facilities and potential sites was undertaken to establish alternative ways in which to solve the long-term space needs of Citrus County.
