Seminole County Juvenile Justice Center Study

Architects Design Group completed a detailed analysis of the judicial system of Seminole County, taking into consideration the functional and spatial needs. The analysis reviewed all existing facilities and evaluated them in terms of appropriateness. It then documented the complete spatial needs, on a space by space basis, considering current and future needs. Additionally, elements were reviewed in terms of their respective organizational structure, with recommendations for modifications where appropriate. Based on the conclusions, the county committed to a more intense development at the “Five Points” county administrative and public safety campus.  At the time, it was determined that the greatest need was to develop a Juvenile Justice Facility.
